We make a conscious effort to avoid using chemical seasonings, crafting dishes that are "safe, reassuring, and delicious," while being gentle on the body.

Private Dining Venue "Kurazen"
This dining establishment is designed to evoke the charm of traditional houses and storehouses in Tendo. We offer two types of rooms: 18 rooms with horigotatsu seating and 4 rooms with table seating. The table seating rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests each and are limited to 4 groups per day.

This is a dining restaurant with an open kitchen and a wine cellar. We offer a selection of wines from wineries in Yamagata Prefecture, including our original wine, "Hidamari." The restaurant features 14 private dining rooms with tables and chairs, all designed to be wheelchair accessible and barrier-free.

Private Dining Restaurant "Hana-Kuruma" features 11 private rooms arranged around a central flower cart. Each room is furnished with chairs and tables on tatami mats, and the alcove displays a painting of a flower associated with the room's name. Enjoy a leisurely meal in a serene atmosphere.

All of our beverages, including sake, wine, whiskey, craft beer, and juice, are sourced from Yamagata Prefecture.
